REGISTRATION

We would kindly like to ask you to register for the conference. We would appreciate informing us about your decision by filling out the Registration form, even if you do not wish to participate in the meeting.

The deadline for registration is September 6.

PARTICIPATION FEE

In order for the paper to be published in the proceedings, it is necessary to pay the registration fee in the following amount (including VAT):

  • Regular — 100 EUR
  • Student* — 50 EUR


*Student registration fee applies only to papers in which all the authors are students.

The registration fee includes:

  • attendance to scientific sessions,
  • symposium material,
  • Welcome cocktail and gala dinner,
  • daily refreshments during the symposium and
  • excursion.

In case of the unfavorable epidemiological situation, the symposium will be organized online. The registration fee is then (including VAT):

  • Regular — 50 EUR
  • Student* — 25 EUR


*Student registration fee applies only to papers in which all the authors are students.

In this case, the registration fee includes:

  • attendance to scientific sessions,
  • symposium material.

The Registration fee payment interval is August 18-31, 2022.

Additional notes:

  • The registration fee for one participant covers the publishing of at most three papers in the Proceedings if all three papers are (co)authored and presented at the symposium by this participant. If coauthors present the papers, a registration fee should be paid for each presenter.
  • If the paper has several authors, it is sufficient that only one of the authors pays the registration fee in order for the paper to be printed in the Proceedings.
  • If an author pays the fee on his behalf and is later unable to attend and exhibit the paper, some of the other authors of the paper can take advantage of the already paid registration fee and exhibit instead.
  • The participant should cover the costs of bank transfer.

Participants applying for student discounts must provide valid proof of student status (e.g., student ID) at the time of the registration. The proof of the student status may be submitted by email to symopis2022@ekof.bg.ac.rs.
